I am directed by mr. Becretary Churchill to transmit to you, for the consiceration of the Amy Council paraphrased copies of telegraphic correspondence wich has passed between ar. Churchill and the Governor of hon; Kong on the subject of the recent strike in hơng Kon; and the resulting situation in that Colony.
